Dan Meyer is an American sword swallower, inspirational TED speaker, and multiple Guinness World record holder in sword swallowing who has been featured on over 100 TV programs in 60 countries, 15 Got Talent competitions, as finalist on America's Got Talent Season 3 2008 and Golden Buzzer winner/finalist on Sweden's Talang Season 10 2023, who is internationally recognized as the world's leading expert in sword swallowing as a global TEDx speaker on 9 TED talks, for his award-winning medical research on sword swallowing published in the British Medical Journal that won him the 2007 Ig Nobel Prize in Medicine at Harvard University.
