Monique Joly Biography
Monique Joly was an actress known for playing Nichouette on Cap-aux-sorciers, a role for which she won the "best actress" award. Also known for playing Madeleine in La Côte de sable and Suzanne in De 9 à 5 and The Chatonne in Grujot and Délicat . She was also in the soap opera Les Berger, playing the role of Monique Dubreuil and played the role of Poppy Davis in Baby Hamilton at the Théâtre Alcan.
She was also known for roles in television movies Isabelle and the Pelican, For Five Pennies of Love, The Witches, The War and Yes Sir! and movies in À tout prendre and The Happy Life of Leopold Z. She died in 2015 at Notre-Dame Hospital in Montreal from pancreatic cancer.
