仲星火，安徽亳县人。1949年进入上海电影制片厂任演员。曾在《今天我休息》、《李双双》等近40部影片中扮演主要角色或重要角色。其表演朴实风趣。影片《李双双》中的孙喜旺虽然是个配角，却给观众留下了深刻印象。
