At the beginning of the XXth century, in an isolated mountain village, a little girl must accomplish a rite of passage to join a group of teenagers. Away from the village lives an old shepherd, solitary and mysterious, around whom rumors swirl. When strange phenomena occur, suspicions turn towards him.
