We're still mourning the loss of one of Hollywood's most adorable couples, Chris Pratt and Anna Faris, who announced their separation this weekend after eight years of marriage. But while they're splitting up in real life, it looks like they're still going to stick together in print.

Entertainment Weekly reports that there don't appear to be any plans to edit or delay Faris's upcoming book, "Anna Faris is Unqualified," which features a forward written by her now-ex, Pratt. The tome, sharing the name of the actress's podcast, is due out in October.

Here's the scoop on "Unqualified," per EW:

According to the book's official description, "love" is one of the main topics Faris covers in the book. The publisher's description states that it will "reveal Anna's unique take on how to navigate the bizarre, chaotic, and worthwhile adventure of finding love." And Faris addressed the topic in the excerpt EW revealed in April, writing, "If your closest friends stop showing up to your barbecues, you're probably in a bad relationship. And if you opt for kindness over teasing, you're probably in a good one."

It's still possible that Faris and her publisher, Dutton, could pump the brakes on the book's release, or at least tweak the title to include a new or edited forward. (EW reports that Dutton did not respond to a request for comment yet.) But October isn't very far off, and we're guessing that it would be pretty difficult to make such a major change so close to the release date, making it likely that the book will remain as-is.

While that may be a bit awkward, the former couple's joint statement announcing their split noted that they were committed to raising their son together, and "continue to have the deepest respect for one another." We certainly don't doubt that that's true, and imagine Pratt still stands behind his words, even if he and Faris are no longer together. We'll have to wait until October 24, the book's release date, to find out what he says.
