Early 'Aquaman' Screenings Planned: Here's How to Get Tickets
"Aquaman" is heading to theaters almost a week early -- at least for some moviegoers. Warner Bros. partnered with Amazon to offer advance screenings of the DC Extended Universe flick headlined by Jason Momoa.
Showings are scheduled for 7 p.m. on Dec. 15 in theaters around the country. Tickets are on sale online, but only Amazon Prime members can buy them. However, they can purchase up to 10, so if you don't have Prime yourself, you can either make plans with a friend who does or sign up.
Director James Wan gave the promotion his seal of approval in a statement. "Bringing this epic origin story and the wondrous underwater world to the screen has been an amazing experience for the whole cast and crew, and I'm so excited for Prime members to be our first audience for 'Aquaman,'" he said.
Tickets are now on sale online. You can see if there's a participating theater near you at Amazon.com/AquamanMovie. If not, never fear: "Aquaman" officially opens Dec. 21.
