The late Carrie Fisher is once again an Emmy nominee.

The actress received a posthumous nomination this morning as Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy for her role on Amazon's "Catastrophe."

Fisher played the somewhat-estranged mother of Rob Delaney's character. In Season 3, she visited Rob and Sharon Horgan to help support them in the wake of Sharon's father's death.

Fisher filmed her final scenes for the sixth episode, then flew back to Los Angeles. On the flight, she suffered a heart attack and died a few days later in the hospital.

Horgan paid tribute to the actress on Twitter:

Fisher previously received Emmy nominations for her 2011 variety special "Wishful Thinking" and her 2008 guest role on "30 Rock."

Posthumous Emmy nominations have been given out before, but only six actors have won after their deaths.
