After the sudden death of Carrie Fisher, who died this week at the age of 60, many of the actress's upcoming projects were left in limbo. Now, another Fisher appearance in a television series has been confirmed for a posthumous release.

Family Guy," in performances recorded before her death. The actress will once again reprise her recurring role of Angela, the supervisor of Peter Griffin (Seth MacFarlane) at the brewery where he works.

Angela has appeared in 20 episodes of "Family Guy" so far, after Fisher debuted the character back in 2005. The most recent episode to feature her voice aired on December 4. It's unclear when the next two episodes with Fisher are set to premiere, but they're most likely due out sometime in 2017.

MacFarlane tweeted out his condolences after Fisher's passing on Tuesday, calling the actress "smart, funny, talented, [and] surprising," adding, "Family Guy will miss her immensely."

Fisher's work on "Family Guy" is just the latest project that will feature a posthumous performance from the actress, after it was confirmed that she also filmed an upcoming episode of the Amazon series "Catastrophe," in which she played the recurring role of Mia, Rob Delaney's character's mother. Fisher had also completed filming on "Star Wars: Episode VIII" earlier this year; that film is due out in December 2017, though her involvement in the next installment, "Episode IX," has yet to be determined.

Fisher suffered a massive heart attack while on a flight from London to Los Angeles on December 23. She died at a Los Angeles hospital on December 27.
