Cheryl Burke to Return for 'Dancing With the Stars' Season 25
A two-time "Dancing With the Stars" champion is coming back for more.
Cheryl Burke is set to return for her 20th season of the reality competition series, and she is serious about nabbing another mirror ball trophy. The professional dancer announced her "DWTS" homecoming on Instagram on Monday, making it clear that she will be in it to win it when Season 25 begins this fall.
"Guess who's back in the ballroom?! So excited to share that I'm officially back for my 20th season of Dancing With the Stars!" she wrote. "This dance floor will always be my home and I've got my eyes on that mirror ball."
Burke joined the show in its second season and ended up winning its ultimate prize with partner Drew Lachey. She then pulled off an impressive repeat in Season 3, scoring her second mirror ball with Emmitt Smith. Although she hasn't won since, she has always remained competitive. It'll be good to have her back after only seeing her in one of the last five seasons.
"Dancing With the Stars" Season 25 premieres Sept. 18 on ABC.
