On "Grey's Anatomy," Giacomo Gianniotti plays Dr. Andrew DeLuca, who recently went from unrequited love with Dr. Jo Wilson (Camilla Luddington) to a fling with his ex, Dr. Sam Bello (Jeanine Mason), who is now a Grey Sloan intern.

In real life, Giacomo only has one woman on his mind, his new fiancée, Nichole. The actor proposed to his makeup artist lady love over Thanksgiving weekend. She said yes, and they both shared an engagement image with sweet captions.

She also shared a couple of other photos in her Instagram story, including a shot of a *huge* and gorgeous engagement ring.

"Grey's Anatomy" Season 14 is currently on winter break, but it will return Thursday, January 18, 2018 for resolution to the many cliffhangers out there, including Jo facing her abusive husband, Jackson and Maggie in that helicopter, and whatever is next for DeLuca's intern romance.
