Oh, Amelia Shepherd, what are you hiding now?

In "Grey's Anatomy" Season 14, Episode 3, Amelia will try to manage a secret and a familiar face from Meredith Grey's past will return as a patient. Also, Dr. Harper Avery will return. Remember Jackson's famous surgeon grandpa? On top of that, this is the episode that will guest star Greg Germann as someone named Tom Koracick.

The synopsis details also reveal that DeLuca's sister Carina and Owen's sister Megan will both be in Episode 3, as well as the first two episodes. If you haven't already read the synopses and seen the photos for the first two episodes -- which will air back-to-back next Thursday, Sept. 28 in a two-hour premiere -- check all of that out over here.

Episode 3, "Go Big or Go Home," was directed by Chandra Wilson (Dr. Miranda Bailey) and it will air on Thursday, Oct. 5. Here's ABC's synopsis:

A FAMILIAR FACE FROM MEREDITH'S PAST RETURNS AS A PATIENT WHILE AMELIA TRIES TO MANAGE A SECRET, ON ABC'S 'GREY'S ANATOMY'

"Go Big or Go Home" - Harper Avery arrives at Grey Sloan, putting Bailey on edge. A familiar face from Meredith's past returns as a patient, and Amelia tries to manage a secret, on "Grey's Anatomy," THURSDAY, OCTOBER 5 (8:00-9:00 p.m. EDT), on The ABC Television Network.

Guest starring is Debbie Allen as Catherine Avery, Abigail Spencer as Megan Hunt, Stefania Spampinato as Carina DeLuca and Greg Germann as Tom Koracick.

"Go Big or Go Home" was written by Meg Marinis and directed by Chandra Wilson.

Here are some photos from ABC, showing Amelia with Richard Webber (James Pickens Jr.), looking through files, and ... are those brain scans? Not her brain scans, though, right? The photos show a lot of Amelia, Richard, and Andrew DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti), but nothing this time of Mer or Bailey, despite their own storyline references in the episode synopsis.

Worrisome that they all look troubled in a few of those pics.

Check out details on the premiere episodes, and prepare to get this amazing party started next Thursday, Sept. 28 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
