Japanese 'Guardians 2' Poster Proves Baby Groot Is the Bomb
Hope you're not sick of Baby Groot, 'cause he's about to explode onto screens in "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2."
In case it wasn't clear that this Groot little guy is matchless in the game, Japan put Vin Diesel's character front and center in a dynamite new poster, shared by director James Gunn:

BOOM is right.
Gunn recently confirmed that Baby Groot is so changed from "Vol. 1" that he has no memories of adult Groot. He's starting from scratch this time. You probably also saw that the "Guardians" sequel recently received Marvel's highest-ever test screening rating, even though it's just from Marvel's "friends and families screening" group.
Both Gunn and star Chris Pratt (Star-Lord) recently took a moment to thank the visual effects artists for the incredible amount of work they've done on "Guardians 2":
Pratt also used his time in Josh Gad's latest Instagram ambush of Daisy Ridley to plug both Marvel's "Guardians 2" and the next "Avengers" movie.
"Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" -- starring Baby Groot and his backup dancers -- is coming to theaters May 5.
