After a few rough weeks of taking heat for marginalizing women, people of color and gays, Matt Damon makes a return to grace with fans by revisiting his filmography.

During an appearance on "The Late Late Show" on Tuesday, the Oscar winner, alongside host James Corden, performed a revue of highlights from his film career - all condensed down to eight minutes - with help from a green screen backdrop and cheap costumes.

The duo get daringly close to locking lips while taking on "Behind the Candelabra," Damon's 2013 HBO movie role as Liberace's much-younger lover as Corden fills in Michael Douglas' spot at the piano; "The Talented Mr. Ripley" and "We Bought a Zoo" are among the flicks not spared.

"The Martian," Damon's latest movie, also gets the parody treatment. The sci-fi thriller hits theaters Friday.
