Neil Patrick Harris Reacts to NBC's Cancellation of 'Best Time Ever'
Here's hoping "Best Time Ever" in his one and only season, 'cause it's all gone but the memories. According to The Hollywood Reporter, NBC has canceled NPH's live variety show, so there will be no Season 2 stunts, comedy sketches, and celebrity appearances. However, NBC still wants to work with the star through a deal with his Prediction Productions.
Neil Patrick Harris reacted to the cancellation news on Twitter, ending with a tease that we have not seen the last of him:
So @BestTimeEver happened. Super grueling yet exuberant fun. I'm proud of what we did - live! - and still believe in variety. Stay tuned.

NPH is perfection personified, and we're sorry for his TV loss. But the silver lining is that it sounds like he has something new (and better?) up his sleeve, so we will do as instructed and stay tuned for updates.
Are you disappointed to see the end of "Best Time Ever"? Here's a taste of what we will no longer be seeing:
