'Dragons: Race to the Edge' (2015)

'Trollhunters' (2016 - Present)
Who says "Shape of Water" director Guillermo Del Toro can't do kid-friendly? In this monstrously enjoyable series, a magic amulet turns an ordinary boy into the first human Trollhunter. The late Anton Yelchin voices the main character, Jim, and Kelsey Grammer is Blinky, his six-eyed troll mentor.
'Clifford the Big Red Dog' (2000 - 2003)
Emily Elizabeth's Big Red Dog Clifford helps make sure things run smoothly for the neighborhood dogs and his favorite human. This charming series, based on the classic kids books, holds up very well.
'Phineas and Ferb' (2007 - 2015)
Every day, two inventive boys cook up impossibly elaborate creations. Meanwhile, their pet platypus is actually a spy out to thwart the evil Dr. Doofenshmirtz. Of course, their schemes always overlap, to the dismay of sister Candace, who wants the boys to get caught for their crazy shenanigans.
'The Magic School Bus Rides Again' (2017 - Present)
Mrs. Frizzle's younger sister, Fiona Felicity Frizzle ('SNL' star Kate McKinnon), leads a new batch of kids on a new set of adventures. And the new theme song is by Lin Manuel-Miranda!
'The Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That!' (2010 - 2012)
Dr. Seuss' most famous cat (voiced by Martin Short), aided by Thing One and Thing Two, leads neighbor kids Nick and Sally around the world on his "Thinga-ma-jigger." Along the way, they meet cool creatures like crabs, camels and caterpillars. Perfect entertainment for when the kids are home from school.
'Goosebumps' (1995 - 1998)
A generation of kids cut their teeth on this deliciously spooky anthology series, based on the R. L. Stine books. Favorite eps include the two-parters "The Haunted Mask" and "A Night in Terror Tower."
'Bill Nye the Science Guy' (1993 - 1998)
Our favorite nerdy scientist taught '90s kids about science in 100 fun-filled episodes. Now, they can share this award-winning series and its inventive parody songs with their kids.
'Star Wars: The Clone Wars' (2008 - 2014)
Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi fight against evil Count Dooku’s Separatist forces in animated adventures that should appeal to kids of all ages.
'A Series of Unfortunate Events' (2017 - Present)
The bestselling Lemony Snicket books, about orphaned children taken in by a wicked guardian, work better as a series than as a movie. And Neil Patrick Harris is terrific as the evil Count Olaf.
'Free Rein' (2017 - Present)
A great TV series for any horse lovers you may happen to know. Jaylen Barron stars as Zoe, a 15-year-old from Los Angeles, who bonds with a horse named Raven while spending the summer in her British mom's home town. It was nominated for an "Outstanding Children's Program" Image Award.
'Dance Academy' (2010 - 2013)
This upbeat Australian import follows seven Sydney-based teens at the National Academy of Dance as they train to be professional dancers. It's won several awards and was nominated for "Best Children's Television Drama" by the AFI.
'Puffin Rock' (2015 - Present)
Chris O'Dowd narrates this charming, Annie-nominated Irish series about a young puffin named Oona and her little brother Baba. It's from the same animation company that brought us feature films "The Secret of Kells" and "Song of the Sea."
'Llama Llama' (2018)
Based on the beloved award-winning book series by Anna Dewdney, about little Llama Llama, his mother, Mama Llama (voiced by Jennifer Garner), and his many friends. It premiered January 26, 2018.
'He-Man and the Masters of the Universe' (1983–1985)
"By the power of Greyskull!" In this '80s cult classic, He-Man (who's kind of a cross between Conan and Thor) battles the evil Skeletor in the land of Eternia. You can also stream the awesome spinoff "She-Ra"!
