"Solo: A Star Wars Story"
Relive The Kessel Run at home when Han Solo's "Star Wars" standalone arrives on Digital/Movies Anywhere Friday, September 14, and then Blu-ray/DVD/On Demand September 25. (Both digital and Blu-ray come with 4K Ultra HD option.) There are plenty of extras -- including eight deleted and extended scenes, a director and cast roundtable, and several behind-the-scenes making-of featurettes.

"Uncle Drew"
Kyrie Irving, Lil Rel Howery, Nick Kroll, Shaquille O'Neal, Chris Webber, Reggie Miller, Nate Robinson, and Lisa Leslie star in this hit comedy coming to Digital on Tuesday, September 11 and 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD on September 25th. Extras include the "Dear Drew" animated short; seven deleted scenes; enhanced audio commentary with director Charles Stone III; and three making-of featurettes.

"Paper Year"
This romantic dramedy will be available on VOD/EST on September 11. (You can buy it here on iTunes.) "Franny (Eve Hewson) and Dan (Avan Jogia) are fresh-faced, 22-year-old newlyweds playing house and juggling new jobs in Los Angeles. When Franny lands her dream job, they face the challenges of growing up together." The film co-stars Andie MacDowell and Hamish Linklater.

This action thriller starring Dave Bautista, Pierce Brosnan, and Ray Stevenson arrives in theaters and on VOD/Digital HD this Friday, Sept. 14.  "Believing his traitorous brother Dimitri (Pierce Brosnan) is somewhere in the stadium, Arkady (Ray Stevenson), the former leader of a revolution in the Russian state of Sukovia, locks down the Boleyn Ground during the European semi-final between West Ham United and Dynamo FCC. Trevor Jackson, Jason Mitchell, Michael Kenneth Williams, Lex Scott Davis, Jennifer Morrison, Kaalan Walker, Esai Morales, and Andrea Londo star in this reimagining of the 1972 classic. The action thriller arrives on Blu-ray and DVD September 11, including music videos and three behind-the-scenes featurettes.

"Ocean's 8"
Sandra Bullock, plays Danny Ocean's sister, who stages her own high-stakes score with backup from Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Helena Bonham Carter, Mindy Kaling, Sarah Paulson, Awkwafina, and Rihanna. The crime dramedy arrives on Blu-ray/DVD/4K UHD Combo Pack on September 11.  Extras include deleted scenes and the featurettes "A Heist in Heels," "Ocean’s Team 3.0," and "Reimagining the Met Gala."

"American Vandal" Season 2 (Netflix Original)Netflix

The first season of "American Vandal" was funnier and much more thoughtful than expected. So expectations for No. 2 are sky high. High school documentarians Peter Maldonado (Tyler Alvarez) and Sam Ecklund (Griffin Gluck) return for a new mystery set at an elite Catholic high school recently terrorized by a vandal known only as The Turd Burglar. "Kevin McClain, a junior, has been expelled and awaits trial for the crimes. But is justice being served? Is the system rigged against the disenfranchised? And who is The Turd Burglar?" "BoJack Horseman" Season 5 (Netflix Original)
BoJack is back! "This is going to be a sensational season of television." Season 5 premieres September 14 on Netflix. Check out the trailer. 

"The Dragon Prince" (Netflix Original)
"Xadia and the Human Kingdoms are on the edge of war. Can Callum, Ezran and Rayla overcome dark magic and restore peace to the world?" The animated film streams September 14.

"The Land of Steady Habits" (Netflix Film)
Check out the cast of this drama, streaming September 14: Ben Mendelsohn, Edie Falco, Thomas Mann, Elizabeth Marvel, Bill Camp, Charlie Tahan, Connie Britton, and Natalie Gold. "Feeling trapped in the stifling, wealthy enclave of Westport, Connecticut, Anders Hill (Ben Mendelsohn) retires from his job in finance and leaves his wife (Edie Falco) in the hopes that it will renew his lust for life. However, he’s quickly faced with the startling reality of his choices; he spends his days looking for things to decorate his empty shelves, sleeping with strangers and feeling terribly lost." TV Worth Watching

"American Horror Story: Apocalypse" (Wednesday on FX at 10 p.m.)FX

"Murder House" + "Coven" = The most un-missable season of AHS. Jessica Lange is returning, so you should be there to watch her and Joan Collins and everyone else starting September 12.

"Creative Arts Emmys" (Saturday on FXX at 8 p.m.)
Always Skipper to the Primetime Emmys' Barbie, the Creative Arts Emmys are still worth watching for the actual craft of making television. And there are famous presenters, so you still get the star factor. The awards for outstanding artistic and technical achievement were actually presented September 8 and September 9, but the air date is September 15 on FXX. That's two days before The Big Night, the 70th Primetime Emmy Awards, which air Monday, September 17 on NBC. Yes, on Monday.

"Swiped: Hooking Up in the Digital Age" (Monday on HBO at 10 p.m.)
After Nancy Jo Sales wrote the 2015 Vanity Fair piece "Tinder and the Dawn of the Dating Apocalypse," she delved further into the topic with this documentary. The timely film investigates the online dating industry’s impact on gender issues, examining how it has changed the way people date, mate, and think about the apps on their phones.

"9/11: Escape From the Towers" (Tuesday on History at 9 p.m.)
It's hard to imagine, but this Tuesday marks 17 years since the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks. In this two-hour History documentary, survivors from two floors of the World Trade Center tell their stories. That will be followed at 11 p.m. by "102 Minutes That Changed America," a first-person video and account of 9/11, with a minute-by-minute record of the day.
