You don't have to wait for the "Supergirl" Season 2 premiere tonight to see the show's heroine team up with her famous cousin, Superman: The CW has released a clip from the episode, showing the two in action.

The network has made no secret of the fact that Superman is bringing his powers to the series, but this is the first time we've seen just what the two are capable of together. The new clip shows Kara Danvers (Melissa Benoist) and Clark Kent (Tyler Hoechlin) assume their superhero alter egos and reunite high in the skies, in the midst of a crisis. It's not how our family reunions usually go, but things are obviously different when you're from Krypton.
Superman looks like he'll be a big help to Supergirl, even if he was a little slow to actually start doing his part. Did he really need her to confirm that she could use a hand?
