'Sons of Anarchy' Actor Paul John Vasquez Dies at 48
There's sad news for the "Sons of Anarchy" family and beyond.
Paul John Vasquez has died at age 48, Deadline reports. The actor, who had appeared in "SoA," "ER," and more, was at his father's house in San Jose, California, on Monday when he was found unconscious. Vasquez's father called the paramedics, but they were unable to revive him.
Vasquez's cause of death was not immediately known, but TMZ reports that he suffered an apparent heart attack. The cause will be investigated.
The actor appeared on "Sons of Anarchy" during 2011, playing Angel Ganz in two episodes. It was one of several hugely popular shows he appeared in during his career. In addition to having parts in the ones mentioned above, he appeared on "CSI: NY" and "How I Met Your Mother," among others.
"The surprising news of this loss weighs heavy on our hearts," Nicole Rodriguez, his publicist, said in a statement (via NBC News). "Paul was a creative and talented man with a great spirit. He will be missed."
