Sandra Bullock's Response to 'World's Most Beautiful Woman' Title Shows Why She Earned It
More than 20 years after driving away with our hearts in "Speed," and six years after her Best Actress Oscar for "The Blind Side," Sandra Bullock is now on the cover of People magazine as the World's Most Beautiful Woman. What would Gracie Hart think?!
Bullock, now 50 and mom to 5-year-old son Louis, said she just laughed when she heard she was given this honor, adding, "That's ridiculous. I've told no one." Now People has told everyone! "Real beauty is quiet," she told the magazine. "Especially in this town, it's just so hard not to say, 'Oh, I need to look like that.' No, be a good person, be a good mom, do a good job with the lunch, let someone cut in front of you who looks like they're in a bigger hurry. The people I find most beautiful are the ones who aren't trying."
Love it. She does set a great example for everyone, not just actresses or moms, and we approve this year's Most Beautiful message. What do you think? Did People get it right this year? Is there a way to get it right at all or should they stop these Most Beautiful/Sexiest lists completely?
