'Sharknado 3' Snags Mark Cuban, Jerry Springer, Bo Derek, and More
The casting for "Sharknado 3" is going swimmingly, with the Syfy disaster flick snagging several more C-list celebs to star in the threequel.
The Hollywood Reporter writes that "Shark Tank" investor and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban will play none other than the President of the United States in the film. His vice president? Uber-conservative pundit Ann Coulter.
And the eyebrow-raising casting doesn't end there. According to THR, the rest of the ensemble includes:
Bo Derek as May, the mother to star Tara Reid's April; Jerry Springer, appearing as Mr. White, a manic tourist; 'N Sync's Chris Kirkpatrick as a pool lifeguard; and Chris Jericho, who will play Bruce, a roller-coaster ride operator.
We can't say we'll be sorry to see any of these people eaten by sharks.
"Sharknado 3," which stars returning pair Ian Ziering and Tara Reid and is set to wreak havoc on the "Feast Coast," will debut sometime this July on Syfy.
