'Stranger Things' Season 2 Also Ends on Nail-Biting Cliffhanger
If you finished "Stranger Things" Season 1 with a ton of questions, just wait for the end of Season 2!
The stars of Netflix's supernatural drama have been very coy with details about the second season, which premieres on Halloween. But Gaten Matarazzo, who plays Dustin, teased that the ending will be just as WTF-y as the first.
In Season 2, fans can expect "a good amount of explanation that they've been looking for, but also there are some new stories coming in that you're gonna want to hear about if there is a Season 3," he told Huffington Post. "Also, we got another cliffhanger in there for ya, so that's gonna be exciting."
OK, considering the show is built on suspense, maybe it isn't too surprising that the season ends on a cliffhanger (and of course, there will be a Season 3).
Not much else is known about Season 2. There will be new faces, including Sean Astin, Will Chase, and Bret Gelman. Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) is back, in an undetermined way. And evil forces come to play that "make the Demogorgon look quaint in retrospect."
"Stranger Things" Season 2 begins streaming Oct. 31 on Netflix.
