Every Action Movie You Need to See This Summer
It's summer time, and you know what that means! Action blockbusters are about to take over the box office. These are the 11 you've gotta see.
'Avengers: Infinity War'
It's all been leading up to this supersized, superhero movie. It's like no other Marvel movie before, and you're definitely going to want to see it before you get spoiled. For real, do NOT get spoiled.
'Deadpool 2' (May 18)
The first "Deadpool" flick was a surprise blockbuster, and the sequel looks equally hilarious and even more self aware. Ryan Reynolds has finally found his calling.
'Solo: A Star Wars Story' (May 25)
We may have lost our one true Han Solo in "The Force Awakens," but we get to see his origin in the newest "Star Wars Story." Plus, the more Chewie, the better.
'Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom' (June 22)
Jeff Goldblum is back, humans are helping dinosaurs escape from an exploding volcano, what more could you want?!
'Sicario: Day of the Soldado' (June 29)
Even though Emily Blunt will be missing from the "Sicario" universe, we are already tense anticipating the action-packed mission that Benicio Del Toro and Josh Brolin's characters will go on.
'Ant-Man and the Wasp' (July 6)
If you need a break from all the anxiety and stress "Avengers: Infinity War" has been causing you, but still want to go see a superhero flick, "Ant-Man and the Wasp" is just what the doctor ordered. It's sure to be bigger (no pun intended) and better than the first.
'Skyscraper' (July 13)
After "Jumanji" and "Rampage," Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is basically on top of the world. His next popcorn movie, "Skyscraper," will definitely have what The Rock fans go to the movies for.
'Equalizer II' (July 20)
Denzel Washington is back in action, in his first sequel ever to "The Equalizer." While details on the plot are still pretty vague, it's always fun to watch Washington kick a**.
'Mission: Impossible - Fallout' (July 27)
If you need a reason to be pumped for the new "Mission: Impossible" movie, maybe just go rewatch the first five... but actually, skip "Mission: Impossible II."
'Mile 22' (Aug. 3)
When the tagline ends with "meet option three," you know you're in for an a**-kicking good time.
'The Meg'
"The Meg" is going to be terrible and ridiculous, but that's exactly why you should see it.
