Marcia, Marcia, Marcia. Just when we learned that the "Brady Bunch" house could potentially be torn down, Maureen McCormick had to go and make us even more nostalgic.

News broke Thursday that the real-life house used for the exterior of the Brady family's iconic home had been put up for sale for nearly $1.9 million. That wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing, but Deadline reports that there are developers who may want to buy it and demolish it. Needless to say, that was jarring news for fans who grew up watching the series, as well as its stars.

McCormick, who played Marcia Brady for the show's entire five-season run, plus multiple spinoffs and TV movies, tweeted about the sale with the perfect song to capture our emotions. She included a link to Miranda Lambert's poignant country hit "The House That Build Me," and then also noted that the Culver City, California, house inspires "beautiful memories."

Many fans had similar feelings and expressed them in their own tweets. Their sentiments ranged from threats to chain themselves to the staircase to wanting to buy it themselves.

Let's hope the house isn't torn down, because that would be the end of an important piece of TV history. Whatever happens, though, we'll always have old episodes of "The Brady Bunch" to bring us back.
