'The Vampire Diaries' Wraps: See Cast's Beautiful Final Day Posts
"The Vampire Diaries" cast and crew said goodbye to Mystic Falls on Wednesday, Feb. 8. That was the official final day of production, and the stars and producers were all understandably emotional. The CW show has been airing since 2009, now finishing up its eighth season of supernatural smarts, sass, sex appeal, and shockers.
Fangs for the memories, guys.

That cake is everything. Nina Dobrev just returned for the final episode and wrapped her scenes before the final day, sharing her own goodbye post.
Fans won't see the season/series finale until March 10, but when you do watch it, keep in mind how much each scene meant to the stars.
