'The Walking Dead' Season 7 Gets Premiere Date, First Trailer
"I don't know what the hell is going on in the most wonderful way," Carol says in the new trailer for season 7 of "The Walking Dead." We are all Carol after watching it.
AMC unveiled the trailer at Comic-Con, and fans likely watched it hoping for some clue on the cliffhanger that ended last season: Who is Negan going to beat to bloody death? Well, that question is not answered in the trailer, and there's not even new footage of any of the candidates, so we can't even rule out certain characters.
What we DO see in the trailer is a lot of Negan looking tough and bossing around his cronies. There's also a new community called "The Kingdom" and its overlord, King Ezekiel (Khary Payton), who has a pet tiger. Yeah, "The Walking Dead" now has tigers!
Season 7 premieres Sunday, Oct. 23 at 9 p.m. on AMC.
