Vin Diesel's secret was gone in a New York minute!
The action star was on the "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" to promote "The Last Witch Hunter," but it was his news about another popular franchise that stole the interview.
In speaking about the next installment of "The Fast and the Furious," Fallon asked, "Would you know where the next one is set, or no?," to which the actor proudly declared, "New York, baby!"
The movie, he said, will be directed by F. Gary Gray, who recently directed "Straight Outta Compton."
In a way, the eighth segment of the "Furious" franchise will be returning to its roots.
"Something that people don't know is that that first movie came from a 'Vibe' article that was about street races in New York and the director and producers reset the movie in L.A.," he told Fallon, "but the 'Vibe' article that the whole franchise was started from actually originated in New York, so we're finally bringing it back home, baby."
